Specifics : Large bay window in the living room opening onto the sea.
Suitable for the disabled, although assistance is highly recommended nonetheless.
The bathroom was designed in this direction with a shower equipped with a grip handle. The toilet is also fitted with a handle.
Parking slots dedicated, wider than usual. A ramp allows easy access to the main entrance of the Résidence.
